  • If your group has 27 or fewer players…everyone must start on the 1st tee. If your group has 28 or more players…a shotgun start is available.
  • The outing coordinator must confirm the outing date and time, with an approximate number of players, at least one week in advance.

Confirmation of a more definite number of players must be received by the Club 48 hours before the start of the outing.  A list of any, and all, non-government participants must be submitted to the Club 5 days in advance.  This list must include the individuals full name, date of birth, and drivers license number and state. 

  • Outing fees must be collected by the outing coordinator with the Club given total payment before the start of the outing.
  • No alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the golf course unless purchased from the Club.
  • The following dress code will be enforced…

Men must wear golf shirts (collared or crew neck).  No sweatpants, bathing suits, tank tops or short shorts will be permitted on the golf course.  All players must wear either golf shoes, with soft spikes, or soft soled athletic shoes. 

  • All players are required to take a riding cart .
  • Each player is required to play out of his/her own golf bag with his/her own set of clubs.
  • If you would like to have a meal catered by the Club following your outing, an approximate number of meals must be reported to the Club at least one week prior to the event.

The exact number of meals needed must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance.

Payment for the meals will be based on the number confirmed in advance.
