DLA Wellness & Fitness Program

DLA has authorized the DLA Civilian Wellness and Fitness Program, effective immediately. This is a voluntary program that allows participating associates to utilize 1 hour of administrative leave 3 times per week to enhance their well-being with wellness and fitness activities. MWR offers a wide-variety of authorized wellness and fitness activities! Visit our Fitness Center Page for more information on our free group fitness classes. Many of the MWR Workshops are also eligible for the program. 

Please remember that participation in the DLA Civilian Wellness and Fitness Program must be approved by your supervisor.
